These services are designed to: - Create self-awareness - Identify patterns, blind spots, and behavioral tendencies - Facilitate clarity, perspective, and personal insight
We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Our services are not a substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, counseling, legal advice, or financial consultation.
2. No Guarantees or Assured Outcomes
Results from transformation work vary from individual to individual.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that: - No specific results, income growth, career advancement, personal outcomes, or transformations are guaranteed - Progress depends on your personal responsibility, openness, commitment, and actions - Any examples or testimonials shared are illustrative only and do not promise similar outcomes
3. Personal Responsibility & Participation
By participating in any session or program, you agree that: - You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, behaviors, and outcomes - You voluntarily choose to participate and take full ownership of your experience - You understand that insights or perspectives gained may challenge existing beliefs or comfort zones
Rakesh Hooda is not responsible for decisions you make before, during, or after any session.
4. Introduction to the Transformation Journey (₹49 Session)
The ₹49 session is an introductory orientation session only. It is intended to: - Introduce the nature of transformation work - Assess readiness and alignment - Create awareness of internal patterns
This session: - Is not a coaching, counseling, therapy, or problem-solving session - Does not include guarantees of further services or outcomes - Does not obligate either party to continue further engagement
5. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy
All payments made are: - Non-refundable - Non-transferable - Final once confirmed
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or non-attendance will not be refunded or rescheduled, unless explicitly agreed in writing at our sole discretion.
Prices, session formats, and offerings may change at any time without prior notice.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
